My role is not to create plans that look good — it is to remove bottlenecks, drive decisions, and make things move.
Depending on the situation, I work in four distinct ways:

I work with leadership teams to cut through ambiguity, clarify priorities, and turn strategic, commercial, and organizational questions into clear decisions and executable actions. The focus is always on what needs to happen next — not on producing slide decks.

When additional capacity or specific expertise is needed, I work as part of the organization.
I take responsibility for defined topics — from strategy rollout and innovation initiatives to sales effectiveness and organizational alignment — and drive them forward hands-on, side by side with internal teams.
Outcome: faster progress and tangible results inside existing structures.

In periods of change, uncertainty, or disruption, I take operational leadership responsibility.
I stabilize the situation, align people and priorities, and lead execution until momentum and clarity are restored. This is not advisory work — it is ownership of outcomes.

I work one-on-one with executives who carry real responsibility.
The focus is practical: sharpening judgment, strengthening decision-making, and increasing leadership effectiveness in real situations — not theoretical models. Sessions are grounded in current challenges and immediate actions.
