I believe that sustainable growth happens when organizations remove friction, make clear decisions, and operate in a steady, healthy flow.

When strategy is clear, priorities are aligned, and execution is disciplined, revenue and profitability follow — without burning people out or overcomplicating the organization.

About me

I work with leaders and organizations at moments where decisions matter and execution cannot wait.

My background spans more than 30 years across telecommunications, automotive software, consulting, retail, and consumer-facing businesses. I’ve worked in senior and global leadership roles, carried commercial responsibility at scale, and led initiatives in complex, real-world environments — always close to markets, customers, and people.

Before founding SteadyFlow, I held executive and global roles with responsibility for €100M+ revenue, international sales organizations, and complex customer engagements. I’ve worked with established corporations and growth companies alike, often in situations where priorities were unclear, execution was fragmented, or momentum had stalled.

What defines my work is a Steady Flow mindset: removing friction, sharpening priorities, and aligning people so that strategy turns into action and action turns into results. I don’t operate at arm’s length — I work close to the business and focus on what actually needs to happen next.

I work directly and personally with executives — as a consultant, contractor, interim leader, or executive coach, depending on what the situation requires. The format adapts; the focus does not. My work is measured by outcomes: sustainable revenue and profit growth, reduced complexity and cost, and organizations that perform without burning people out.

My leadership approach is grounded in holistic leadership principles, including Tribal Leadership Level 4 — building trust, shared ownership, and collective performance in environments with real pressure and real accountability.

I believe long-term success is created when commercial excellence and human leadership reinforce each other. That belief shapes how I work, how I partner with clients, and how results are achieved.
